CHILL out and relax

COLOR like a boss
LOSE a little weight, and feel great!
The Coloring Book Diet isn’t really a diet plan. But it’s not just a coloring book, either.
It’s actually a tool that will help you skip one pleasant activity (eating) by substituting another pleasant activity (coloring) — once a day, or twice a week, or whatever schedule you wish to follow.
And more importantly: You'll have a blast coloring these delightfully crafted coloring pages, filled with deliciously funny sayings, and truisms that every dieter can relate to, like:
- SOME DAYS I FEEL PRETTY GOOD, BUT SOME DAYS I FEEL LIKE A BUSTED CAN OF BISCUITS.
- IT’S CALLED ‘DIET’ BECAUSE ALL THE OTHER FOUR LETTER WORDS WERE TAKEN
- SOMETIMES I’M CRAZY AND SOMETIMES I JUST NEED CARBS
- THIS SALAD TASTES LIKE I’D RATHER BE FAT
- WHY CAN’T CARROTS BE AS COMFORTING AS CUPCAKES?
All 40 illustrations in THE COLORING BOOK DIET are original, high-resolution images with smooth, clean, crisp lines.
The book is printed at the same facilities that print the best-selling coloring books on Amazon, with quality 60# paper, perfect for colored pencils and pens.
To minimize coloring bleed-through, all images are printed on one side of the paper only, which also means they are easy to clip and frame.
The Coloring Book Diet is a delightful way to chill out and do something positive for yourself -- either on your own, or with the companionship of like-minded friends. However you use it, your future self will thank your present self every time you say “NO” to that gloppy dessert or starchy supper, and instead pick up your pencils and pens and color (like a boss) with The Coloring Book Diet.

"Love this book - it's filled with some cute, some just plain real and some humorous sarcastic sayings that are geared toward diet and weight loss. The pages are one sided, on a good weight paper, but do use a piece of card stock behind every picture as even the pressure of a colored pencils can leave a mark on the next page. The pictures are simple enough for the inexperienced colorist and yet are good enough for even the more experienced colorist.
The first page of the book says it's not really a diet book, but rather there are cute and motivational sayings and they are suggesting that a couple of times a week you substitute a calorie laden snack with some coloring, keeping your hands busy. Well, I personally have been using coloring for over 2 years now to help keep my hands busy and my mind occupied from mindless eating and it really has helped - besides coloring is just plain fun!
No trouble recommending this book at all, have some fun and keep your mind of food at the same time! I've attached a photo of a quick coloring I did of one of the first pictures."
